Our process begins with a preliminary project budget and cost analysis. We then continue on to site and building schematic design, followed by design development based on a refined project scope. Upon completion of design, full construction documents and details will be in order to obtain all the necessary permits. The partnership does not need to end at the permitting phase; DDD can offer construction management, owner representation, or complete turn-key construction.
