Drinkwater Design & Development realized that the partnership with our clients often needed to be extended past the construction drawing and permit phase, which is the point in time the Design and Build division was established. It was clear that to best serve our clients, we needed to offer them a complete service, because the designs are only as good as the contractors who build them. By offering a seamless transition from design to construction, the client is guaranteed they will not be left struggling to try and find a construction company whose ideas align with the owner and architect. Too many times, projects get delayed and sometimes indefinitely because an owner has trouble finding a qualified contractor. That is no longer a concern when working with the DDD design and build team, we will work with you every step of the way. Beginning with a preliminary project budget and cost analysis, continuing on to site and building schematic design, followed by design development through construction documents and permitting which is concluded in the construction phase.
