Due to the current state of the economy, we are often asked to "do more with less"; this is where DDD really stands apart from the rest. Due to our combination of architectural and construction experience, we know how to get the client the most out of their budget.

Renovations/Additions:

Our clients often like the current location of their home or just need a little more space. This is when DDD can provide an efficient use of the existing infrastructure and make the most of a limited budget. When designing or building an addition, it is imperative that it look like part of the original construction and not just an after-thought.

New Construction:

Designing a project from the ground up is what we truly love to do. We strive to capture the homeowners personality and reflect it within the design. There is no greater reward for us then to build a custom home and see the joy and satisfaction it brings the homeowner when project is completed.

Presentation Drawings:

Presentation drawings are a way for you to visualize what your project will look like in its finished stage. The presentations are CAD drawn, colored, and 2 dimensional. We have various levels of detail to suit your budget.

Home Renderings:

We are pleased to be able to offer you a computer generated, full color rendering of your home. These drawings allow you to preview your finished project in as realistic an image as possible. This will give you the feel for your completed project before it's even started. You can preview some of our past renderings .

Construction Drawings:

New York has some of the strictest building codes around; these codes can vary depending upon your town, city, or village. We bring specialized attention to these codes as we have projects spanning all of Long Island. Building codes change every 5-10 years, so we pride ourselves in staying updated to simplify your project. Construction drawings are CAD generated and include floor plans, elevations, and all the necessary diagrams and details per town requirements.

Building Permits:

Each town has its own set of criteria for development and planning; it is important to conduct careful research at the onset of any project. Careful and creative planning are a necessity to getting your plans approved as quickly as possible. We understand that time is a priority in completing your project, so we make the personalized effort to accomplish this within the time frame you have requested.
